What is Seamless of LED Screen Panel?
As the name suggests, Seamless LED screen panel is an LED Panel without gaps.
Splicing gaps have a fatal impact on indoor LED displays viewed at close range
Traditional LCD splicing screens have at least 1-5MM splicing gaps, including early LED Display modules.
Due to the immaturity and precision of LED moulds, CNC technology, and SMT machinery and equipment,
the sizes of the LED screen panel shells produced are not uniform, resulting in the LED modules being assembled together to form a large LED screen, with more or less splicing gaps.
Seamless splicing LED display can make the display of videos and pictures more coherent, smooth, and complete.
The size of the splicing gap of the LED Video Wall is determined by the LED display module unit.

There are no data cables and power wires. It supports hot-plugging and replacement of LED modules.
Using the highest precision shell, the customized PCB size perfectly matches the shell to ensure that the indoor LED Panel does not bend or deform, making the entire LED display surface more even after splicing, with smaller gaps, or even zero gaps.
All series indoor LED modules strictly comply with the company’s production process standards and quality assurance processes, and are shipped after aging for 48 hours. The receiving card loading files and system configuration files are debugged for customers, and the numbers are arranged on the control card before shipment.
