Design preparation for LED Display Structure
Determine basic parameters
LED display screen size (length × height × thickness)
Total weight (including screen, steel structure, accessories)

Structural design calculation
Load analysis: including static load (screen weight) and dynamic load (wind pressure, earthquake force).
Column spacing: adjusted according to the width of the LED screen, usually the spacing is ≤screen width + 1m.
Material selection: The main columns are usually made of Q235B or Q355B steel, with cross-sectional dimensions (such as Φ200×8mm round tube or 200×200×6mm square tube).

LED Display structure Construction steps
Dig foundation
Determine the depth according to the geological report (usually ≥1.5m). If the ground is soft, it needs to be deepened. The length, width and height of a single column foundation are about 1.5 meters, which can be adjusted according to the size of the LED display. Then pour C30 concrete and embed enough metal anchor bolts. It takes 72 hours for the concrete to solidify and dry before the column can be fixed to the embedded metal parts with screws above M10.
Pay attention to the flatness of the columns and the parallelism between the two columns.
During the period of concrete solidification, the steel frame support structure for fixing the LED display cabinet can be made. The maintenance walkway (usually about 1 meter), power and lighting facilities need to be made together. Usually 40*40 square tubes and a small amount of channel steel are used for reinforcement. After all the LED display steel structures are completed, they are painted and rust-proofed.
At present, all the components of the steel frame structure have been basically completed. The following is to assemble these components into a complete LED display structure.
Lifting columns: Use a crane to erect the steel structure, fix the anchor bolts, and then pour concrete for leveling.
Screen installation: Weld the LED screen mounting bracket on the beam (the spacing matches the screen module).
Use stainless steel bolts (such as M10) to fix the screen to avoid damaging the coating.
After the display screen is installed and lit, you can decorate the surroundings and back of the LED display screen.
