After that, the LedCross software is combined with the LED screen hardware through the program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>\u00a0and steps<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click\u201csetup signs\u201dor\u201cFile\u201d &#8211;\u201csetup signs\u201denter\u201cLED Screen\u201d\uff08define LED screen\uff09\uff0cas shown in figure 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14487\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-SCREEN.png\" alt=\"LED CROSS SCREEN\" width=\"1009\" height=\"685\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-SCREEN.png 1009w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-SCREEN-768x521.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1009px) 100vw, 1009px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the LED screen list dialog box (Figure3), click \u201cNew\u201dbutton\u00a0to establish\u00a0a new screen or click \u201cEdit\u201d\u00a0to change the screen parameters.Or you can also delete the screen you have defined by clicking \u201cdelete\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14488\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-DISPLAY.png\" alt=\"LED CROSS DISPLAY\" width=\"786\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-DISPLAY.png 786w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-DISPLAY-768x477.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 786px) 100vw, 786px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the controller has connected into the computer(COM port or network port), click \u201cFind screen\u201dbutton(or click \u201cTools\u201d-\u201cFind device\u201d\u00a0on the menu), the \u201csearch device\u201d\u00a0dialog box pops up, so we can search the devices which have connected into the computer.as shown as figure 4,figure 5,figure 6.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14489\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-SIGN.png\" alt=\"LED CROSS SIGN\" width=\"779\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-SIGN.png 779w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-SIGN-768x473.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 779px) 100vw, 779px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After clicking &#8220;New&#8221;or \u201cEdit\u201d button, enter the password in the authority confirmation box, and the box of \u201cScreen editor\u201d pops up, as shown in Figure 7 and Figure<\/li>\n<li>In the dialog box of \u201cScreen editor\u201d, define LED screen according to the hardware setting condition of the screen controller.\n<ol>\n<li>Model: select the correct controller type at the left side of the dialog box.<\/li>\n<li>Name: user can name the <a href=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/\"><strong>LED screen<\/strong><\/a> freely. The name will appear at the edit field. If no name input, the system will automatically display the type of controller (ID).<\/li>\n<li>ID: it is used to distinguish two or more LED screens. If there is only one screen, use the default value \u201c1\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Color: select the color of the LED screen: Full color.<\/li>\n<li>Width and Height: actual pixels of the LED screen. for now Ledcross supports 24\u00d724,48&#215;48,64&#215;64,72&#215;72\uff0c96&#215;96 size.<\/li>\n<li>Font library:\u00a0click \u00a0button can set the font library type, if the controller has connected well, the font libraries which have installed on the controller can be auto detected.<\/li>\n<li>Communication type: select COM port mode, network mode, or GPRS\/CDMA mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>COM port mode: RS232 or RS485 mode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It needs to set the original port of PC COM port\u00a0communication, and then Baud rate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Initial password is \u201c16888\u201d, please \u00a0change\u00a0the password\u00a0timely and remember the new\u00a0one.<\/p>\n<p>For port number of PC\u00a0COM port, it can also be modified through Menu Bar \u201cTools\u201d\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u201cCOM port setting\u201d\u00a0after defining LED screen. User needn\u2019t enter \u201cSetup signs\u00a0\u201d\u00a0again.<\/p>\n<p>The baud rate of the control card can be changed by LedTool, see engineer\u2019s manual.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14490\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-MANUFACTURER.png\" alt=\"LED CROSS MANUFACTURER\" width=\"674\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network mode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are the following setting items\u00a0after connecting the network port with the control panel.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>IP address: the IP address of the control panel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Local area network: if it is local area network or the control panel is connected by net twines, user can directly input IP address of the control panel (set IP address by using LedTool).<\/p>\n<p>Internet: if the control panel is connected by internet, user should input IP address of the internet gateway.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ID code: the IP package ID code of the control panel (such as password).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ID code should be the same as the control panel setting, so that it can be recognized and controlled by the control panel.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5200\">\n<li>Port: network port.the default port number is 5200.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The network parameters of the control card \u201cIP address, ID code, Port\u201d can be changed by LedTool, see engineer\u2019s manual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If there has been controllers connected to the local area network,click to search the controllers ,Then click \u201crefresh\u201d\u00a0button to refresh the information of controllers.select the controller you want to Connect to the computer ,and then click \u201cOK\u201d\u00a0to confirm which you choose.As shown in figure 9,figure 10.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14491\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/LED-CROSS-FOR-PHARMACY.png\" alt=\"LED CROSS FOR PHARMACY\" width=\"674\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14492\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PHARMACY-LED-CROSS.png\" alt=\"PHARMACY LED CROSS\" width=\"636\" height=\"442\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;ID&#8221; or &#8220;ID&#8221; can switch the controllers\u2019 information of device ID and IP address which have been connected to the computer.as shown in figure 11\uff0cfigure12.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14493\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/GREEN-LED-CROSS.png\" alt=\"GREEN LED CROSS\" width=\"674\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When finishing the definition of screen editor, choose the map file to configure ledcross sign, follow this method:<\/p>\n<p>Back to\u201csetup signs\u201dmain interface\uff0cchoose the controller you are using \uff0cclick\u201cconfig\u201d button\uff0c type the password\u201c26888\u201d in the pop-up page\uff0cthen get into the configuration page\u3002Shown in figure13 and 14\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the configuration page, choose the map configure file according to the way you wiring, the module size, and the quantity of OUT interfaces screen using,(if you don\u2019t know how to wiring, you can wiring the screen according to the map file ).for instance,\u00a0the screen size is 96*96 pixels, the module size is 16*16 pixels,\u00a0and use one OUT interface in the front, select\u201d96\u00d796 16\u00d716P one.map\u201d\u00a0file, then click \u201dset to sign\u201d\u00a0button to finish the configuration until it tips \u201dsuccessful\u201d.
