Confronto delle prestazioni di base:<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>(1) Conduzione e dissipazione del calore (aspetto pi\u00f9 critico)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Telaio in rame: conduttivit\u00e0 termica = 401 W\/mK, rapida dissipazione del calore, bassa temperatura di giunzione del LED e lento decadimento della luce.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 Telaio in piombo di ferro: la conduttivit\u00e0 termica \u00e8 pari a 80 W\/mK, la scarsa dissipazione del calore porta all&#039;accumulo di calore nel chip, con conseguente decadimento della luce significativamente pi\u00f9 rapido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) Conduttivit\u00e0 elettrica:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Rame: bassa resistivit\u00e0 e flusso di corrente uniforme, che si traducono in una migliore uniformit\u00e0 della luminosit\u00e0 su tutto lo schermo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 Ferro: la sua resistivit\u00e0 \u00e8 circa 5,8 volte superiore a quella del rame; l&#039;uso prolungato tende a provocare cali di tensione irregolari, attenuazione localizzata e sfarfallio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3) Resistente alla corrosione \/ Resistente all&#039;ossidazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Rame: offre una stabilit\u00e0 superiore ed \u00e8 meno soggetto a ossidazione o annerimento in ambienti interni umidi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 Ferro: il materiale di base \u00e8 soggetto alla ruggine; una volta danneggiata la placcatura in argento, si ossida rapidamente, causando il malfunzionamento dei LED, saldature fredde e macchie nere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4) Affidabilit\u00e0 in relazione all&#039;espansione e alla contrazione termica:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460Il rame offre un&#039;eccellente duttilit\u00e0, riducendo al minimo il rischio di circuiti aperti nelle saldature causati dallo shock termico dovuto ai ripetuti cicli di accensione e spegnimento.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461Il ferro \u00e8 relativamente fragile; l&#039;esposizione prolungata ad alte e basse temperature lo rende soggetto a cedimenti delle saldature e alla rottura del filo d&#039;oro, con conseguente elevato tasso di guasti nel tempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5) Durata utile (uso interno standard):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Staffa in rame: garanzia standard da 3 a 5 anni, utilizzabile per 5-8 anni.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 Staffa in ferro: la maggior parte \u00e8 coperta da una garanzia di 1 o 2 strappi, ma un significativo deprezzamento del flusso luminoso e i guasti dei LED si verificano in genere dopo 2 o 3 anni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(6) Costo prezzo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Lampade a LED con telaio in rame: costo elevato, con un prezzo complessivo del modulo da 15% a 30% superiore.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461Lampade a LED con staffa in ferro: costo estremamente basso, utilizzate principalmente in progetti a basso costo e schermi temporanei.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18758\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/led-module-lamp.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/led-module-lamp.png 670w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/led-module-lamp-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #008080;\">II. Scenari applicativi (selezione dello schermo per interni):<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>(1) Serie di staffe in rame premium: passo fine (P1.25 \/ P1.53 \/ P1.86 \/ P2) per display destinati a sale conferenze, showroom e aree di accoglienza, display fissi commerciali di grandi dimensioni che richiedono un funzionamento stabile per oltre 3 anni e un servizio post-vendita minimo.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Struttura in ferro opzionale: adatta per schermi a noleggio per eventi a breve termine, cartelloni pubblicitari temporanei, progetti a bassissimo budget e installazioni destinate alla sostituzione dopo solo 1 o 2 anni.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #008080;\">III. Metodi di identificazione semplici (pratici per l&#039;ispezione delle merci):<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Metodo di prova con magnete: rimuovere la maschera del modulo e avvicinare un magnete al pin del LED.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460Non si attacca \u2192 Staffa in rame.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461Si pu\u00f2 fissare saldamente \u2192 Staffa in ferro (il substrato in ferro \u00e8 magnetico)<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #008080;\">IV. Insidie nascoste spesso trascurate dai clienti inesperti: Staffe in rame\/ferro:<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Molti clienti confrontano solo il passo dei pixel e il prezzo, trascurando completamente le specifiche dei singoli LED e delle staffe di montaggio; solo in seguito, quando si verificano numerosi pixel difettosi e un degrado della luminosit\u00e0, si rendono conto di aver commesso un errore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1) Facilmente trascurabile durante la fase di selezione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per i moduli P1.86\/P2 con le stesse specifiche, esiste una notevole differenza di prezzo, dovuta principalmente alla differenza tra le staffe in rame e quelle in ferro. I meno esperti spesso presumono che la differenza di prezzo dipenda semplicemente dal produttore, ignorando che la durata della versione con staffa in rame \u00e8 pi\u00f9 del doppio rispetto a quella con staffa in ferro.<\/p>\n<p>Rischio: acquistare un&#039;unit\u00e0 con staffa in ferro a basso prezzo con l&#039;aspettativa di un utilizzo stabile per 3-5 anni, solo per poi riscontrare guasti alla retroilluminazione o artefatti sullo schermo dopo soli due anni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) Non sapevo che le staffe in ferro sono adatte per un utilizzo a breve termine ma non a lungo termine:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subito dopo l&#039;installazione e per il primo anno, la qualit\u00e0 dell&#039;immagine appare praticamente impeccabile, superando senza problemi il controllo iniziale.
