La tecnologia di packaging GOB \u00e8 essenzialmente una tecnologia SMD, ma rinforza e potenzia lo schermo SMD.<\/p>\n

Uno strato di speciale resina epossidica trasparente viene applicato uniformemente sulla superficie del modulo SMD assemblato. Dopo la polimerizzazione, questo adesivo forma uno strato protettivo ad alta durezza e alta trasmittanza che incapsula tutti i LED, le saldature e i conduttori, creando uno scudo protettivo.<\/p>\n

Le caratteristiche (vantaggi) di uno schermo GOB sono le seguenti:<\/p>\n

(1) Protezione superiore<\/p>\n

\u2014Resistenza agli urti e alle vibrazioni: lo strato di gel rigido resiste efficacemente agli urti esterni, ai graffi e alle vibrazioni.<\/p>\n

In situazioni soggette a collisioni fisiche, come noleggi, spettacoli teatrali e spazi pubblici ad alta frequentazione, riduce significativamente il rischio di danni alle lampade a LED.<\/p>\n

\u2014Resistenza all'umidit\u00e0 e alla polvere: l'incapsulamento in gel sigilla tutti gli spazi tra i chip LED, bloccando efficacemente l'ingresso di umidit\u00e0, polvere, nebbia salina e solfuri.<\/p>\n

Ci\u00f2 migliora la stabilit\u00e0 del display in ambienti difficili e ne prolunga la durata complessiva.<\/p>\n

\u2014Rivestendo i chip LED con un adesivo protettivo, le saldature tra i chip LED e il circuito stampato vengono rinforzate, riducendo problemi come saldature fredde e guasti ai LED causati da dilatazione e contrazione termica e vibrazioni.<\/p>\n

\u2014Il tasso di guasto complessivo \u00e8 notevolmente ridotto, il che lo rende particolarmente adatto per applicazioni che richiedono un funzionamento ininterrotto a lungo termine.<\/p>\n

(3) Dissipazione del calore migliorata<\/p>\n

\u2014La superficie liscia contribuisce a ridurre i riflessi, rendendo la visione pi\u00f9 confortevole e attenuando in una certa misura l'effetto moir\u00e9.<\/p>\n

(5) Elevato rapporto costi-efficacia<\/p>\n

Rispetto al COB, che richiede la ricostruzione di una linea di produzione completamente nuova, il GOB aggiunge un processo a una linea di produzione SMD esistente e consolidata, con conseguente riduzione dei costi di aggiornamento tecnico.<\/p>\n

Ci\u00f2 consente di mantenere un prezzo molto competitivo, migliorando al contempo l'affidabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia, dobbiamo anche essere consapevoli degli svantaggi degli schermi GOB.<\/p>\n

1) Lo schermo GOB fornisce solo un rinforzo esterno, che non pu\u00f2 risolvere i difetti strutturali fisici intrinseci delle lampade LED SMD (come staffe e fili d'oro, che rimangono potenziali punti di guasto).<\/p>\n

2) Potenziali problemi di qualit\u00e0 dell'adesivo<\/p>\n

Questo \u00e8 il principale svantaggio di GOB. Se un singolo chip LED si guasta, la riparazione richiede l'utilizzo di strumenti come una pistola termica per riscaldare localmente l'area e rimuovere con attenzione l'adesivo indurito prima di sostituirlo.<\/p>\n
