{"id":17525,"date":"2025-11-19T07:13:29","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T07:13:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/?p=17525"},"modified":"2025-11-20T12:27:41","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T12:27:41","slug":"the-difference-between-32-scan-and-64-scan-led-displays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/it\/the-difference-between-32-scan-and-64-scan-led-displays\/","title":{"rendered":"La differenza tra i display LED a 32 e a 64 scansioni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La &quot;scansione&quot; di un display a LED si riferisce alla capacit\u00e0 del circuito integrato di pilotaggio di illuminare un determinato numero di righe per unit\u00e0 di tempo, un parametro direttamente correlato alla luminosit\u00e0, alla frequenza di aggiornamento, alla stabilit\u00e0, al consumo energetico e al costo di produzione dello schermo.<\/p>\n<p>Nello stesso intervallo di tempo, lo schermo \u00e8 diviso in 32 o 64 righe che si aggiornano alternativamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) A parit\u00e0 di corrente, la luminosit\u00e0 di 32 Scan \u00e8 superiore a quella di 64 Scan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 in una lampada a LED a 64 scansioni la lampada rimane accesa solo per met\u00e0 del tempo rispetto a una lampada a 32 scansioni, la luminosit\u00e0 di una lampada a LED a 64 scansioni \u00e8 teoricamente solo la met\u00e0 di quella di una lampada a LED a 32 scansioni a parit\u00e0 di corrente di pilotaggio. Per compensare questa differenza di luminosit\u00e0, la soluzione a 64 scansioni in genere aumenta la corrente di pilotaggio del LED.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Con la stessa tecnologia, la frequenza di aggiornamento di 32 Scan \u00e8 inferiore a quella di 64 Scan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per ottenere 64 scansioni, il circuito integrato del driver del display a LED deve operare a una frequenza pi\u00f9 elevata. Ci\u00f2 significa in genere che deve supportare un limite di frequenza di aggiornamento superiore.<\/p>\n<p>Pertanto, utilizzando lo stesso livello di circuito integrato driver, uno schermo 64 Scan solitamente ha una frequenza di aggiornamento superiore rispetto a uno schermo 32 Scan ed \u00e8 meno probabile che produca strisce orizzontali (ondulazioni) durante le riprese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Il design a 32 scansioni offre una maggiore stabilit\u00e0 (durata) rispetto al design a 64 scansioni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per compensare una luminosit\u00e0 insufficiente, i display a scansione 64 spesso aumentano la corrente di pilotaggio dei LED. Questa corrente di picco pi\u00f9 elevata comporta una maggiore generazione di calore nei chip LED e nel circuito integrato di pilotaggio, compromettendo la durata dei componenti e la stabilit\u00e0 complessiva dello schermo. I display a scansione 32, d&#039;altro canto, presentano una corrente relativamente pi\u00f9 bassa e un funzionamento pi\u00f9 stabile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Il consumo energetico e la generazione di calore di 32 scansioni sono inferiori a quelli di 64 scansioni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>64 Scan presenta una corrente di picco pi\u00f9 elevata, con conseguente maggiore consumo energetico complessivo e maggiore generazione di calore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Le immagini ottenute con la scansione a 32 bit presentano sfarfallio ed effetti di increspatura a basse frequenze di aggiornamento, mentre le immagini ottenute con la scansione a 64 bit risultano pi\u00f9 stabili e fluide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un numero maggiore di linee di scansione significa un tempo di illuminazione pi\u00f9 breve per ogni linea. In combinazione con un circuito integrato driver ad alta frequenza di aggiornamento, ci\u00f2 si traduce in un&#039;esperienza visiva pi\u00f9 fluida e dettagliata, soprattutto durante la riproduzione di scene in rapido movimento.<\/p>\n<p>In sintesi, possiamo anche osservare il costo di queste due tipologie di scansioni; la versione a 64 scansioni \u00e8 pi\u00f9 costosa.<\/p>\n<p>Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto principalmente al fatto che la soluzione a 64 scansioni richiede un circuito integrato driver pi\u00f9 potente e veloce, e impone anche maggiori esigenze al processo di cablaggio del PCB (circuito stampato), il che fa lievitare i costi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17529\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Indoor-Screen.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"670\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Indoor-Screen.jpg 670w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Indoor-Screen-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Indoor-Screen-12x12.jpg 12w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Come dovremmo scegliere tra 32 scansioni e 64 scansioni? <a href=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">schermi LED<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Ad esempio, per fondali scenici, grandi sale conferenze e pubblicit\u00e0 nei centri commerciali, dove sono necessarie telecamere per catturare immagini, o per applicazioni con requisiti visivi estremamente elevati, \u00e8 necessario selezionare un display con un&#039;elevata frequenza di aggiornamento e 64 scansioni (o superiore) per evitare increspature e sfarfallii.<\/p>\n<p>In generale, minore \u00e8 il passo dei pixel (come P2.5, P2, P1.8, ecc.), maggiore \u00e8 la probabilit\u00e0 di utilizzare una tecnologia di scansione a 64 o superiore, poich\u00e9 gli schermi a passo ridotto vengono visualizzati da una distanza ravvicinata e i requisiti in termini di frequenza di aggiornamento e stabilit\u00e0 dell&#039;immagine sono pi\u00f9 elevati.<\/p>\n<p>Per la diffusione di informazioni generali, la segnaletica dei negozi e altre occasioni in cui i requisiti statici o dinamici non sono elevati e il budget \u00e8 limitato, un display Scan da 32 pollici pu\u00f2 soddisfare le esigenze di base.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La \u201cscansione\u201d di un display a LED si riferisce alla capacit\u00e0 del circuito integrato del driver di illuminare il numero di righe per unit\u00e0 di tempo, che \u00e8 direttamente correlata alla luminosit\u00e0, alla frequenza di aggiornamento, alla stabilit\u00e0, al consumo energetico e al costo di produzione dello schermo.
