{"id":17588,"date":"2025-11-22T02:52:58","date_gmt":"2025-11-22T02:52:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/?p=17588"},"modified":"2025-11-22T07:17:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-22T07:17:13","slug":"cob-screens-technological-advantages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/fr\/cob-screens-technological-advantages\/","title":{"rendered":"Avantages technologiques de l&#039;\u00e9cran COB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La technologie d&#039;encapsulation utilis\u00e9e dans les \u00e9crans COB est diff\u00e9rente de celle des \u00e9crans SMD traditionnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9cran SMD<\/strong> Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#039;encapsulation\u00a0: il consiste \u00e0 fixer les puces LED \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur d&#039;un support, \u00e0 les encapsuler dans des perles LED individuelles, puis \u00e0 souder les perles sur une carte PCB.<\/p>\n<p>La surface pr\u00e9sente une texture granuleuse ; chaque lampe LED est s\u00e9par\u00e9e et irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, et la surface est rugueuse au toucher.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00e9cran COB<\/strong> Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#039;encapsulation\u00a0: la puce LED est coll\u00e9e directement sur le circuit imprim\u00e9, puis encapsul\u00e9e et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par une r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy. La surface de l&#039;\u00e9cran est lisse et plane.<\/p>\n<p>La technologie COB vise principalement \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de dissipation thermique des \u00e9crans LED. Leurs lampes LED, expos\u00e9es aux intemp\u00e9ries, sont sensibles aux chocs et \u00e0 la corrosion due \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9, ce qui peut entra\u00eener leur chute ou leur d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9crans COB offrent une protection \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la puce \u00e9tant enti\u00e8rement enrob\u00e9e de r\u00e9sine, ce qui assure une protection contre les chocs, l&#039;humidit\u00e9, l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique et la poussi\u00e8re, \u00e9liminant pratiquement tout risque de chute de la lampe.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Performances de dissipation thermique<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9cran SMD pr\u00e9sente des performances de dissipation thermique moyennes. La chaleur doit \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9e vers la carte PCB via le support de la LED, un trajet long et pr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9sistance thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9cran COB offre d&#039;excellentes performances de dissipation thermique. La puce est en contact direct avec le circuit imprim\u00e9, ce qui r\u00e9duit le trajet de dissipation de la chaleur et garantit un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Capacit\u00e9 de micro-pas<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9cran SMD a une taille de pas limit\u00e9e, ce qui rend difficile la r\u00e9alisation d&#039;un pas de pixel tr\u00e8s petit ( &lt; P 0,9 est tr\u00e8s difficile).<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9crans COB \u00e9liminent le besoin de supports LED, permettant une disposition plus dense des pixels et facilitant l&#039;obtention de micro-pas inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 P0,9.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Performances de qualit\u00e9 d&#039;image<\/p>\n<p>Certains composants d&#039;un \u00e9cran SMD r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent la lumi\u00e8re ambiante. Lorsque l&#039;\u00e9cran affiche du noir (les LED n&#039;\u00e9mettent pas de lumi\u00e8re), ces minuscules points r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants rendent le noir moins pur, ce qui lui donne une teinte gris\u00e2tre et r\u00e9duit ainsi le contraste.<\/p>\n<p>La surface de l&#039;\u00e9cran COB est constitu\u00e9e d&#039;une r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy noire lisse et uniforme. Ce \u00ab\u00a0tableau noir\u00a0\u00bb absorbe la lumi\u00e8re ambiante avec une efficacit\u00e9 remarquable. Lors de l&#039;affichage du noir, l&#039;\u00e9cran ne r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit quasiment aucune lumi\u00e8re, offrant un noir profond et pur, pour un contraste extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et un impact visuel saisissant.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Grand angle de vision<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;angle de vision de l&#039;\u00e9cran COB peut atteindre &gt;170\u00b0, ce qui garantit que chaque personne, qu&#039;elle soit assise au milieu ou sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, voit un contenu quasiment identique.<\/p>\n<p>Cela \u00e9vite les probl\u00e8mes de dominante de couleur, d&#039;assombrissement ou de surexposition constat\u00e9s par les spectateurs de passage.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Maintenabilit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9crans SMD permettent la r\u00e9paration lampe par lampe, rempla\u00e7ant individuellement les LED d\u00e9fectueuses pour une maintenance plus pr\u00e9cise et \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9crans COB pr\u00e9sentent un faible taux de d\u00e9faillance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur grande fiabilit\u00e9 et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9par\u00e9s au niveau du module ou de la carte, par remplacement de l&#039;ensemble du module.
