Composant principal : Diode \u00e9lectroluminescente (DEL) : <\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><em>Les LED sont les pixels d&#039;un \u00e9cran LED, qui sont les unit\u00e9s d&#039;\u00e9mission de lumi\u00e8re les plus \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2460\u00c9lectroluminescence : Lorsqu&#039;un courant \u00e9lectrique traverse un mat\u00e9riau semi-conducteur sp\u00e9cial, les \u00e9lectrons et les trous se recombinent, lib\u00e9rant de l&#039;\u00e9nergie sous forme de photons, \u00e9mettant ainsi de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2461Principe de couleur : Une seule puce LED ne peut \u00e9mettre qu&#039;une seule couleur de lumi\u00e8re, nous utilisons des puces LED de trois couleurs de base pour cr\u00e9er une couleur compl\u00e8te : R (Rouge) V (Vert) B (Bleu).<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><em>II. Composants de base\u00a0: pixels et modules\u00a0:<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><em>\u2460Pixel\u00a0: La plus petite unit\u00e9 capable d\u2019afficher une couleur compl\u00e8te sur un \u00e9cran <a href=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/fr\/rental-led-display-manufacturer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9cran \u00e0 diodes \u00e9lectroluminescentes<\/a>Un pixel est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9 d&#039;une puce LED rouge, d&#039;une verte et d&#039;une bleue. Ces trois puces sont dispos\u00e9es tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s les unes des autres, formant un point dont la couleur peut changer \u00e0 distance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2461Module : Un <a href=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/fr\/modules-led-exterieurs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">module LED<\/a> est une unit\u00e9 standardis\u00e9e facile \u00e0 assembler et \u00e0 entretenir, compos\u00e9e d&#039;un certain nombre de pixels, par exemple 16\u00d716=256 pixels, ainsi que de circuits de commande et d&#039;une carte de circuit imprim\u00e9 PCB, plusieurs modules sont assembl\u00e9s pour former la structure physique de l&#039;\u00e9cran d&#039;affichage complet.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">III. Syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le : Cerveau et nerfs : Il s&#039;agit de l&#039;\u00e2me de l&#039;\u00e9cran LED, principalement compos\u00e9e de trois parties :<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><em>\u2460Source vid\u00e9o : Appareils fournissant le signal d&#039;image original, tels que les ordinateurs, les lecteurs DVD, les bo\u00eetiers TV.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2461 La carte d&#039;envoi du contr\u00f4leur re\u00e7oit les signaux de la source vid\u00e9o et les traite ; sa t\u00e2che principale consiste \u00e0 segmenter l&#039;image vid\u00e9o compl\u00e8te, \u00e0 calculer les valeurs de luminosit\u00e9 R, G et B que chaque pixel de l&#039;\u00e9cran doit afficher \u00e0 chaque instant, et apr\u00e8s traitement, \u00e0 envoyer les donn\u00e9es allou\u00e9es au pilote de balayage via un c\u00e2ble r\u00e9seau ou une fibre optique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2462Carte r\u00e9ceptrice du pilote de balayage et circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du pilote, carte r\u00e9ceptrice\u00a0: g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9e sur le module, responsable de la r\u00e9ception des donn\u00e9es du contr\u00f4leur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2463Circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de commande : Il s&#039;agit du commutateur qui contr\u00f4le directement les puces LED. En fonction des donn\u00e9es provenant de la carte r\u00e9ceptrice, il contr\u00f4le le courant circulant vers chaque puce LED R, G et B \u00e0 des vitesses extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es (microsecondes). Un courant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 rend la LED plus brillante, un courant plus faible la rend plus sombre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2464 M\u00e9thode de balayage\u00a0: Afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie, les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de commande utilisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un balayage. Par exemple, sur un \u00e9cran \u00e0 balayage 1\/16, le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 allume successivement la premi\u00e8re ligne, la deuxi\u00e8me, et ainsi de suite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la 16e, puis revient rapidement \u00e0 la ligne pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Ce cycle \u00e9tant extr\u00eamement rapide (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des centaines, voire des milliers de fois par seconde), et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la persistance r\u00e9tinienne de l\u2019\u0153il humain, l\u2019image reste compl\u00e8te et stable.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">IV. Flux de travail complet\u00a0:<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><em>\u2460 Entr\u00e9e du signal : L&#039;ordinateur lit une vid\u00e9o et le signal vid\u00e9o est diffus\u00e9 via des interfaces telles que HDMI ou DVI.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2461 Traitement du signal : La carte de transmission du contr\u00f4leur re\u00e7oit le signal, d\u00e9code et r\u00e9encode l&#039;image vid\u00e9o, elle d\u00e9compose l&#039;image enti\u00e8re, calculant avec pr\u00e9cision les valeurs de luminosit\u00e9 R, G et B n\u00e9cessaires pour chacun des millions, voire des dizaines de millions de pixels de l&#039;\u00e9cran d&#039;affichage \u00e0 l&#039;instant suivant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2462Distribution du signal : Le contr\u00f4leur envoie les donn\u00e9es trait\u00e9es aux cartes de r\u00e9ception des pilotes de num\u00e9risation de chaque zone de l&#039;\u00e9cran d&#039;affichage via des c\u00e2bles.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2463 Pilote de pixel : Le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du pilote re\u00e7oit des donn\u00e9es et les convertit en signaux de courant sp\u00e9cifiques ; il contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l&#039;intensit\u00e9 lumineuse des puces rouges, vertes et bleues dans chaque pixel LED.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2464Imagerie : D&#039;innombrables pixels contr\u00f4l\u00e9s \u00e9mettent simultan\u00e9ment de la lumi\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re balay\u00e9e, se m\u00e9langeant pour cr\u00e9er diff\u00e9rentes couleurs ; lorsque ces pixels sont suffisamment dens\u00e9ment regroup\u00e9s, \u00e0 distance, la lumi\u00e8re qu&#039;ils \u00e9mettent forme une image couleur compl\u00e8te et dynamique.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">V. Technologies et concepts cl\u00e9s :<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><em>\u2460 Pas de pixel\u00a0: Il s\u2019agit de la distance entre les centres de deux pixels adjacents, mesur\u00e9e en millim\u00e8tres (mm). C\u2019est le param\u00e8tre le plus important qui d\u00e9termine la nettet\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00e9cran. Plus le pas de pixel est petit, plus le nombre de pixels par unit\u00e9 de surface est \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui donne une image plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et plus nette.
