Outdoor Hard Connection LED Rental

I.The features of Hard Connection Rental:

Outdoor hard connected LED rental screens utilize standard die cast aluminum cabinets. In side these cabinets, there are no flat cables, instead, the LED modules connect directly to an integrated HUB board via gold fingers or pin headers. Featuring an IP65 outdoor waterproof rating, these screens are specifically designed for applications that require frequent assembly, disassembly, and transport, such as concerts, music festivals, outdoor opening ceremonies, and live broadcast events.

(1)The front of Rental LED:

①Black LED panel with high brightness outdoor grade LED lamp, 4000 to 5000cd brightness, ensuring clear visibility even under bright sunlight.

②Common pixel pitches:P2.604 P2.976 P3.91 P4.81

③The modules are magnetic, allowing them to be removed from the front of the screen using a suction too front maintenance, there is no need to provide access space behind the screen for maintenance.

④The face shield is waterproof and dust proof with IP65 rated protection on the front.

(2)Back of the cabinet(the biggest difference allows for instant distinction front soft link setups):

①Black die cast aluminum frame lightweight, slim and resistant to deformation, available in standard sizes of 500x500mm and 500x1000mm.

②Equipped with red, off center quick lock mechanisms on all four sides, simply pair two cabinets and twist to lock them securely, ensuring a seamless, flush joint. Curved locks can also be added to create curved or cylindrical displays.

③No messy, scattered cables inside. The rear cover integrates a HUB adapter board, a receiving card, and a power supply unit. When the module is attached, its gold finger contacts connect directly to both power and signal lines.

④The sides of the cabinet feature only external connectors, specifically a power aviation connector and a network port(used for inter cabinet cabling)there is no internal wiring within the cabinet itself.

⑤Equipped with a handle for easy manual transport, features an integrated cooling air duct, making it suitable for long term operation outdoors in high temperature environments.

(3)What is it like to use?

①Assembly: The cabinets are locked together much like building with clocks and can be floor stacked or suspended from a truss. They can be configured into flat screens, curved displays, or 90° corner setups.

②Compared to flexible connections: Flexible connections involve a cluster of flat cables that must be plugged in individually every time the screen is installed, these are prone to coming loose due to vibrations during transport, which can cause display artifacts or a black screen.

③Maintenance: If a module fails, simply use a suction tool to pull it out and replace it with a spare, no need to disconnect a mess of cables, the whole process takes just over ten seconds.
