Nach dem Aush\u00e4rten bildet dieser Klebstoff eine hochharte, hochtransparente Schutzschicht, die alle LEDs, L\u00f6tstellen und Anschl\u00fcsse umschlie\u00dft und so einen Schutzschild bildet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Merkmale (Vorteile) eines GOB-Bildschirms sind folgende:<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u00dcberlegener Schutz<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Sto\u00df- und Sto\u00dffestigkeit: Die starre Gelschicht widersteht effektiv \u00e4u\u00dferen St\u00f6\u00dfen, Kratzern und Vibrationen.<\/p>\n<p>In Situationen, in denen es h\u00e4ufig zu physischen Kollisionen kommt \u2013 wie etwa bei Vermietungen, B\u00fchnenauff\u00fchrungen und in stark frequentierten \u00f6ffentlichen Bereichen \u2013 verringert es das Risiko von Besch\u00e4digungen an LED-Lampen erheblich.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Feuchtigkeits- und Staubbest\u00e4ndigkeit: Die Gelkapselung dichtet alle Spalten zwischen den LED-Chips ab und verhindert so wirksam das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit, Staub, Salznebel und Sulfiden.<\/p>\n<p>Dies verbessert die Stabilit\u00e4t des Displays unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen und verl\u00e4ngert die Gesamtlebensdauer.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Durch das Abdecken der LED-Chips mit einem Schutzkleber werden die L\u00f6tstellen zwischen den LED-Chips und der Leiterplatte verst\u00e4rkt, wodurch Probleme wie kalte L\u00f6tstellen und LED-Ausf\u00e4lle aufgrund von W\u00e4rmeausdehnung und -kontraktion sowie Vibrationen reduziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Die Gesamtausfallrate wird deutlich reduziert, wodurch es sich besonders f\u00fcr Anwendungen eignet, die einen langfristigen, ununterbrochenen Betrieb erfordern.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Verbesserte W\u00e4rmeableitung<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Ein spezieller w\u00e4rmeleitender Klebstoff kann die vom LED-Chip w\u00e4hrend des Betriebs erzeugte W\u00e4rme gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger leiten und verteilen und so eine lokale W\u00e4rmeansammlung verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>Dies tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Betriebstemperatur des LED-Chips zu senken und den Lichtabfall zu verlangsamen.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Glatte Oberfl\u00e4che, verbesserte visuelle Wahrnehmung<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Durch das F\u00fcllen der L\u00fccken zwischen den LEDs wird die Displayoberfl\u00e4che zu einer nahtlosen Ebene, wodurch die K\u00f6rnigkeit reduziert wird.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Die glatte Oberfl\u00e4che tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, Reflexionen zu reduzieren, was den Sehkomfort erh\u00f6ht und Moir\u00e9-Muster bis zu einem gewissen Grad unterdr\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Hohe Kosteneffizienz<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Im Vergleich zu COB, das den Aufbau einer komplett neuen Produktionslinie erfordert, f\u00fcgt GOB einer bestehenden, ausgereiften SMD-Produktionslinie einen Prozess hinzu, was zu geringeren Kosten f\u00fcr die technische Modernisierung f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Dadurch kann ein sehr wettbewerbsf\u00e4higer Preis beibehalten und gleichzeitig die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit verbessert werden.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17612\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GOB-Screen-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GOB-Screen-1.jpg 670w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GOB-Screen-1-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings m\u00fcssen wir uns auch der Nachteile von GOB-Bildschirmen bewusst sein.<\/p>\n<p>1) Der GOB-Bildschirm bietet lediglich eine externe Verst\u00e4rkung, die die systembedingten physikalischen Strukturdefekte von SMD-LED-Lampen (wie Halterungen und Golddr\u00e4hte, die weiterhin potenzielle Fehlerquellen darstellen) nicht beheben kann.<\/p>\n<p>2) M\u00f6gliche Probleme mit der Klebstoffqualit\u00e4t<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Wird ein minderwertiger Klebstoff verwendet oder ist der Aush\u00e4rtungsprozess unzureichend, kann die Klebstoffschicht mit der Zeit vergilben, was die Farbwiedergabe und Helligkeit des Displays beeintr\u00e4chtigt.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Ist die Lichtdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit der Klebeschicht unzureichend, kommt es zu Lichtverlusten, die eine h\u00f6here Anfangshelligkeit der LED-Chips erfordern, um dies auszugleichen.<\/p>\n<p>3) Hoher Reparaturaufwand<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Nachteil von GOB.
