{"id":17588,"date":"2025-11-22T02:52:58","date_gmt":"2025-11-22T02:52:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/?p=17588"},"modified":"2025-11-22T07:17:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-22T07:17:13","slug":"cob-screens-technological-advantages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/de\/cob-screens-technological-advantages\/","title":{"rendered":"Technologische Vorteile von COB-Bildschirmen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die in COB-Bildschirmen verwendete Geh\u00e4usetechnologie unterscheidet sich von der herk\u00f6mmlicher SMD-Bildschirme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SMD-Bildschirm<\/strong> Verpackungsprozess: Dabei werden LED-Chips in einer Halterung fixiert, zu einzelnen LED-Perlen verkapselt und anschlie\u00dfend die Perlen auf eine Leiterplatte gel\u00f6tet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4che hat eine k\u00f6rnige Textur; jede LED-Lampe ist einzeln und uneben und f\u00fchlt sich rau an.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COB-Bildschirm<\/strong> Verpackungsprozess: Der LED-Chip wird direkt auf die Leiterplatte geklebt und anschlie\u00dfend mit Epoxidharz vergossen und gesch\u00fctzt. Die Bildschirmoberfl\u00e4che ist glatt und eben.<\/p>\n<p>Die COB-Technologie dient prim\u00e4r der L\u00f6sung des W\u00e4rmeableitungsproblems von LED-Displays. Im Vergleich zu DIP und SMD spart sie Platz, vereinfacht den Verpackungsprozess und bietet ein hocheffizientes W\u00e4rmemanagement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17593\" src=\"http:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/cob-screen.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"665\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/cob-screen.jpg 670w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/cob-screen-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cob-leddisplay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/cob-screen-12x12.jpg 12w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Im Folgenden erl\u00e4utern wir die Vorteile der COB-Technologie anhand der folgenden sechs Aspekte.<\/p>\n<p>(1) LED-Lampenschutz<\/p>\n<p>SMD-Bildschirme bieten nur durchschnittlichen Schutz. Ihre LED-Lampen sind der Au\u00dfenwelt ausgesetzt und daher anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4digungen durch St\u00f6\u00dfe und Feuchtigkeitskorrosion, was zum Abfallen oder Ausfallen der Lampen f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n<p>COB-Bildschirme bieten einen hohen Schutz, da der Chip vollst\u00e4ndig in Harz eingeschlossen ist und somit vor St\u00f6\u00dfen, Feuchtigkeit, statischer Elektrizit\u00e4t und Staub gesch\u00fctzt ist. Dadurch wird das Risiko, dass die Lampe abf\u00e4llt, praktisch ausgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>(2) W\u00e4rmeableitungsleistung<\/p>\n<p>SMD-Bildschirme weisen eine durchschnittliche W\u00e4rmeableitung auf. Die W\u00e4rme muss \u00fcber die LED-Halterung zur Leiterplatte abgeleitet werden, was einen langen Weg mit hohem W\u00e4rmewiderstand darstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das COB-Display zeichnet sich durch eine hervorragende W\u00e4rmeableitung aus. Der Chip steht in direktem Kontakt mit der Leiterplatte, was zu einem kurzen W\u00e4rmeableitungsweg und hoher Effizienz f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Mikropitch-F\u00e4higkeit<\/p>\n<p>Bei SMD-Bildschirmen ist die Pixelteilung begrenzt, was es schwierig macht, eine sehr kleine Pixelteilung zu realisieren (&lt; P 0,9 ist sehr schwierig).<\/p>\n<p>COB-Bildschirme machen LED-Halterungen \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig, wodurch die Pixel dichter angeordnet werden k\u00f6nnen und Mikro-Pitches unterhalb von P0,9 leichter zu erreichen sind.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Bildqualit\u00e4t<\/p>\n<p>Einige Bauteile eines SMD-Bildschirms reflektieren Umgebungslicht. Wenn der Bildschirm Schwarz anzeigt (die LEDs leuchten nicht), lassen diese winzigen Reflexionspunkte das Schwarz weniger rein erscheinen, was zu einem \u201egrauschwarzen\u201c Farbton und damit zu einem geringeren Kontrast f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4che des COB-Bildschirms besteht aus glattem, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigem schwarzem Epoxidharz. Diese \u201eTafel\u201c absorbiert Umgebungslicht extrem effektiv. Bei der Darstellung von Schwarz reflektiert der Bildschirm nahezu kein Licht und erzeugt so ein sehr tiefes, reines Schwarz, was zu einem extrem hohen Kontrast und einer st\u00e4rkeren visuellen Wirkung f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Weitwinkel<\/p>\n<p>Der Betrachtungswinkel des COB-Bildschirms kann \u00fcber 170\u00b0 betragen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass jeder, egal ob in der Mitte oder an den Seiten sitzt, nahezu identische Inhalte sieht.<\/p>\n<p>Dadurch wird das Problem der Farbverf\u00e4lschung, Verdunkelung oder \u00dcberbelichtung vermieden, das von Betrachtern am Rande wahrgenommen wird.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Wartbarkeit<\/p>\n<p>SMD-Bildschirme unterst\u00fctzen die Reparatur einzelner Lampen, wobei einzelne defekte LEDs f\u00fcr eine pr\u00e4zisere Wartung zu geringeren Kosten ausgetauscht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>COB-Bildschirme weisen aufgrund ihrer hohen Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit eine geringe Ausfallrate auf und werden typischerweise auf Modul- oder Platinenebene repariert, indem das gesamte Modul ausgetauscht wird.
