How do we choose between fixed screens and rental screens?

(1 )Consider usage time and frequency

—Choose a fixed  screen(fixed installation screen): if you need to use it 365 days a year, for extended periods each day (such as for shopping mall advertising, corporate lobbies, conference rooms, or monitoring centers).

—Choose a rental screen: if you only need it for short-term, occasional use (such as for concerts, exhibitions, press conferences, or annual events, for a few days or weeks).

(2)Consider the installation environment:

—Choose a fixed  screen(fixed installation screen): if there is a fixed, secure installation location (such as a wall or frame), and the environment requires a seamless and aesthetically pleasing integration (such as a curved or irregularly shaped screen).

—Choose a rental screen: if the venue is temporary, requiring quick setup and dismantling, or even needing to be moved and used in different locations.

(3)Budget considerations:

—Choose a fixed  screen(fixed installation screen): suitable for companies with a one-time procurement budget, prioritizing long-term asset ownership and lower long-term operating costs.

—Choose a rental screen: suitable for companies that prefer asset-light operations, or whose project budget is allocated for event expenses, and who wish to avoid large initial investments and maintenance burdens.

(4)Consider the functional requirements:

—Choose a fixed  screen(fixed installation screen): the focus is on long-term viewing experience, including high definition, high refresh rate, and color consistency, as well as integration with the surrounding decor.

—Choose a rental screen: the focus is on reliability, quick assembly, and stability (to withstand frequent transportation and dismantling). The requirement for ultimate image quality is secondary to reliability.
