1）The entire screen is blank or not working:

2）The entire screen or a large area of ​​the screen is displaying abnormalities:

①Troubleshooting signal transmission issues to check if the signal cable HDMI or DVI is loosely connected, check the graphics card or video source, check the network cable.

②The control system is experiencing problems due to a corrupted receiver card program, requiring the receiver card program to be resent, software settings such as resolution and refresh rate are mismatched.

①Localized power supply failures, check the power lines and power terminals in the corresponding area for looseness or burning, the power indicator light is an important diagnostic tool.

②Signal link interruption to check if the wiring in this area has poor contact, check the receiving card in this area.

③After troubleshooting the hardware and the problem persists, it may be due to damage to the module, receiving card, power supply, or other hardware components, which will require replacement.

4）Local display problems dead pixels or screen distortion or color defects:

①A single led  not lighting up is usually due to the led  itself being damaged, widespread led  failure may be related to electrostatic discharge damage, or short circuits in the wiring.

②Screen flickering or color distortion or caterpillar like patterns are usually caused by signal interference or faulty driver chips or led to heck and replace the problematic signal cable, professional issues require attention from a technician.
